Jackson's best advice: "Consider the setting and the season of the event when picking a dress for your bridesmaids—this will help determine the style and color. One of the easiest ways to please your bridesmaids is to dress everybody in the same color, but select a style that offers a variety of necklines. That way, each bridesmaid ultimately has a say in the type of dress that’s most flattering for her."
